Merchandise with the Club Logo is available from the Club. Some items are only ordered during the two formal Club ordering periods, Spring (i.e., February and March) and Fall (September and October) each year. The items ordered only during the Club formal ordering periods are shirts, jackets, caps and mugs. Other items (i.e., name tags and patches) are available throughout the year while supplies last. All items purchased from the Club will be delivered at Club meeting immediately following the formal ordering period.
The Fall 2019 ordering cycle will commence at the Club's September meeting, Monday, September 16, 2019 and will end at midnight on the date of the Club's October meeting, October 21, 2019. We will place the bulk orders with our vendors shortly thereafter. Production usually takes the vendors 3 weeks, so the items ordered before midnight of the Club's October meeting. should be available for pick-up at the Club's November meeting, November 18, 2019.
Please note: For some items there is a minimum order required by the vendor (e.g., for caps, the minimum order amount is 6) . If we do not have a sufficient number ordered, we will notify you that we are unable to fill your order for that item and will process a refund.
